INTRAS, INCAE hold conference on Corporative Government

Santo Domingo.- The international training company INTRAS and the recognized business school INCAE sponsored the conference Corporative Government: Beyond Transparency, dictated by the Dr. Luis Sanz, director of INCAE's Business and Center.

Business leaders and senior executives attended the event on Monday, whose objective is to contribute with the Dominican Republic's competitiveness within the new challenges of Free Trade.

Sanz ?whose works have been published in the Harvard Latin America Business Review, the Journal of Applied Business and Economics and the Journal of Business Research- stressed the importance for companies, regardless of their shareholder composition, to manage under the criteria, principles and modern concepts of governance and transparency.

Since its founding, INCAE has been advised by the Harvard University Business School, which provides support in academic aspects and applied research.
